The primary challenge was ensuring that AI-generated enhancements remained realistic and aligned with the actual structure of each property. Empty spaces needed to feel naturally furnished, while exterior improvements such as lighting, landscaping, and clean-up had to appear authentic. Maintaining consistency across visuals while preserving architectural accuracy was critical.

Empty rooms were virtually staged to reflect modern living spaces, while exterior visuals were refined with improved lighting, landscaping, and environmental adjustments such as sunset tones. In addition, cinematic video walkthroughs were created to present properties in a more engaging and immersive format, tailored for listings and social media marketing.
